Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Free standard shipping is the only option and it applies automatically at checkout.

Orders process in 1 to 2 business days. Total delivery, from order to your door, takes 3 to 15 business days anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. That's the full estimate, not a minimum, and many orders arrive sooner. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

The Everly Maxi runs S to 2XL right now, with more sizes on the way. Every product page has a full size chart in inches under Find my size. It's true to size with a relaxed fit, and the smocked waist adjusts to you, so if you're between sizes, take your usual.

Size exchanges ship free, both ways. Email hello@workrem.com with what you ordered and what you need instead, and we'll send a prepaid label and the new size at no cost.

Apparel has 30-day happy returns: send back any unworn, unwashed item with tags within 30 days for a full refund, no restocking fee. The Unwind Ring is returnable unopened within 30 days, and once opened and used, only if it arrives defective, for hygiene reasons.

No. It's a vibration massager for everyday muscle tension and relaxation. It does not change your body shape or weight, and we'll never claim it does. If you're pregnant or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before using massage devices.
