Apparel: 30-day happy returns

Return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee. Size exchanges ship free both ways, we cover the return label and send the new size at no cost. Email hello@workrem.com with your order number to start.

The Unwind Ring

Because it's a personal-use massager, the Unwind Ring is returnable unopened within 30 days, and once opened and used, only if it arrives defective, for hygiene reasons. If that happens, we replace or refund it at no cost.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

Any product that arrives defective, damaged, or shipped in error gets a full refund or free replacement. Email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Refund timing

Once we receive and verify your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. It posts to your original payment method 3 to 5 business days after that.
