What we collect, what we don't, and what we do with it. This explains how Workrem LLC, doing business as Emboldin (Emboldin, we, us, our), handles your information when you visit emboldin.com or place an order. Last updated: August 2026.
What we collect
Contact and account information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and any username, password, and preferences if you create an account.
Order and transaction information: the items you view, add to your cart or wishlist, and the orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations you make, along with your past transactions with us.
Payment information: we never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal, and we accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We receive only a payment token, a form-of-payment type, and the last four digits of the card used.
Communications: whatever you include when you contact us, such as a support request or a product question.
Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, unique identifiers, and how you interact with and navigate our site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
Where we collect it from
Directly from you, when you create an account, shop, or contact us. Automatically from your device as you use the site, through cookies and similar technologies. And from our service providers, when they collect or process information on our behalf.
How we use it
To provide and improve the store: process your payments, fulfill and ship your orders, handle returns and exchanges, manage your account, remember your preferences, let you post reviews, and recommend products you might like.
For marketing and advertising: to send you marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime), and to show you relevant ads for our products on other websites and on social platforms, including based on items you have viewed or added to your cart.
For security and fraud prevention: to authenticate your account, secure checkout, and detect and act on fraudulent, unsafe, or illegal activity. If you create an account, keep your login details private, you are responsible for activity on your account.
To communicate with you: to provide customer support and respond to your questions.
For legal reasons: to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, and enforce our terms and policies.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate: Shopify (store platform and payments), Klaviyo (email), Zendrop (fulfillment), PayPal (payments), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram advertising and measurement), and Formspree (which processes messages from our contact form). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We may share information to comply with the law or protect our rights.
Advertising and the Meta pixel
We use the Meta pixel and similar tools from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the performance of our ads and to show you relevant ads on Meta's platforms. These tools may collect information such as the pages you view, items you add to your cart, and purchases you make, along with device and cookie identifiers, and share that information with Meta. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. We also use Google Analytics and Google advertising tools in a similar way; you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential functionality (like your cart and checkout), for analytics, and for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working correctly if you do.
