The rules of using emboldin.com.

Who we are

Emboldin refers to Workrem LLC, doing business as Emboldin, and the website emboldin.com. You refers to anyone using our site or buying from us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase. Placing an order confirms you meet this.

Using our site

You may browse and shop for personal use. You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, scrape content for resale, bypass security, or break any laws. Our content, text, images, and brand, is owned by us and can't be copied or redistributed without permission.

Pricing and product information

We work to keep everything accurate, but errors happen. Prices, descriptions, and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at a clear incorrect price, we may cancel orders for it, and we'll always notify and fully refund you.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email, but the contract forms when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and if we cancel, we refund in full.

Payment methods

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely; card data is encrypted and tokenized, and we never store full card numbers.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery to your address.

Returns and refunds

See our Return Policy. Defective, damaged, or wrong items are returned free with a full refund. Apparel change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn items with tags, at no restocking fee, with free return shipping. The Unwind Ring is returnable unopened within 30 days, and once opened and used, only if it arrives defective, for hygiene reasons.

Warranty

Every product carries a 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Email hello@workrem.com with your order number, the product name, a description, and photos to file a claim.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, even if we knew they were possible. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Disclaimer

Our products are for general consumer use. We are not medical professionals. The Unwind Ring is a personal massager, not a medical device, and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and does not change body shape or weight. If you're pregnant or have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before using massage devices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
