Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states.

How long

Total delivery, from order to your door, takes 3 to 15 business days, including Alaska and Hawaii. That's the full estimate, not a minimum. Many orders arrive sooner.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Free standard shipping is the only option and applies to your whole order automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order

Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you'll get a tracking email. If you don't see one within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@workrem.com.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but you don't have it, email hello@workrem.com with your order number. We open the carrier claim ourselves and send a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is filed.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box and item and email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost.
