How we get your order to you.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states.

How long

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery times are estimates

Carrier delays, customs checks and holiday volume can occasionally add a few days, especially from November through January.

If your order runs late

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email hello@workrem.com with your order number. We will check on it right away and, if needed, reship your order or give you a full refund.

Changing your mind

You can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Free standard shipping is the only option and applies to your whole order automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, then email hello@workrem.com.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but you don't have it, email hello@workrem.com with your order number. We open the carrier claim ourselves and send a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is filed.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box and item and email hello@workrem.com within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost.
